If payment is required in advance, the booking may not be treated as confirmed until payment has been received.
Where payment is made by bank transfer, card, cash or other agreed method, the customer is responsible for ensuring payment is made on time.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact CBC Travel as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply if:

the cancellation causes reasonable costs to CBC Travel
For airport, long-distance, event or advance bookings, CBC Travel may apply a cancellation charge if reasonable notice is not provided.
Any cancellation charge will depend on the booking type, timing and circumstances.
6. No-Show Policy
A no-show means the passenger does not attend the agreed pickup location at the agreed time and cannot be contacted within a reasonable time.
If the passenger does not attend, CBC Travel may treat the booking as cancelled.
A no-show charge may apply, especially where:
the driver has arrived at the pickup location
the passenger provided incorrect pickup details
the passenger cannot be contacted
the journey was pre-paid or specially arranged
No-show charges may be up to the full journey price where CBC Travel has reasonably incurred the cost of the booking.
7. Waiting Time
CBC Travel will make reasonable efforts to wait for passengers where possible.
Waiting time may be charged if the passenger is not ready at the agreed pickup time.
For airport pickups, CBC Travel will consider flight delays where flight information has been provided in advance. However, waiting time, parking charges or airport charges may still apply depending on the circumstances.
For non-airport pickups, waiting time may apply from the agreed pickup time.
8. Airport Transfers
For airport transfers, customers should provide accurate flight details where possible.
CBC Travel may monitor flight times where flight information has been supplied, but we cannot guarantee that third-party flight information will always be accurate or available.
Customers are responsible for allowing enough time for check-in, security, traffic and other travel conditions.
CBC Travel is not responsible for missed flights, missed appointments or missed connections caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Luggage and Vehicle Suitability
Customers must tell CBC Travel about large luggage, extra luggage, pushchairs, mobility aids, sports equipment or any unusual items before the booking is confirmed.
CBC Travel may refuse to carry items that are unsafe, illegal, excessively large, likely to damage the vehicle or not suitable for the booked vehicle.
If the vehicle booked is not suitable because incorrect information was provided, CBC Travel may need to amend, delay or cancel the journey. Additional charges may apply.
10. Child Seats
Customers should request child seats in advance where required.
Availability of child seats may vary and must be confirmed by CBC Travel before travel.
Where CBC Travel cannot provide a child seat, the customer may need to provide their own suitable child seat.
11. Passenger Behaviour
Passengers must behave respectfully and safely during the journey.
CBC Travel and its drivers may refuse or stop a journey where a passenger:
behaves aggressively or abusively
is excessively intoxicated
causes damage to the vehicle
refuses to follow reasonable safety instructions
attempts to carry illegal or unsafe items
creates a risk to the driver, passengers, vehicle or public
The customer may be responsible for cleaning costs, repair costs or losses caused by passenger behaviour.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in CBC Travel vehicles.
Food or drink may only be consumed with driver permission.
Customers may be charged for cleaning, damage or loss caused during the journey.

CBC Travel is not liable for losses caused by delays outside our reasonable control.
